Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - 14.9% abv. Dark ruby, moderate aromatics. Sweet black cherry entry, transitioning into ripe plum, and a bit of Zin bramble. High toned, good acidity, depth and length. I tend to drink Paganis young, but this could probably use another 2-4 years in the bottle, although very enjoyable now.
