Sunday, April 18, 2021 - Cherry. camphor, eucalyptus, leather. Med body, med+ acid, more tannic than expected. Lovely and engaging. We found that it benefitted from a short decant (a half hour or less) to reach peak. Dont leave it out too long though. I'll be seeking this wine out again.
