Tuesday, November 23, 2021 - Just like the August bottle, but with the added pleasure of a tiny bit of diesel and kerosene. Yummy!
The acidity is delineated like a fitness trainer's body and a wonderful thing to enjoy. Score goes up.

(Much, much better than yesterday's hapless Alsace Riesling.)
