Tuesday, October 27, 2020 - Served at cool cellar temperature, nose of plum, tobacco leaf and hay. This is not deeply complex but has a lovely balance between the ripe (but not overly) fruit, and a medium fresh acidity and grippy but modest tannin. Quite delicious already.
