Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - Nose: candied pineapple, mango, papaya, lemon dress; very delicious nose

Palate: yellow apple, lemon, stone fruit, lemongrass; long finish of lemongrass, lemon and white peach; full - body, very smooth and silky; high - acid, well integrated

Overall: really fantastic! Beautiful structure and notes, very rich. Keeps evolving flavor wise as I drink it, great wine!
