NOSE: mostly pear; nothing crazy going on here --- pretty straightforward, although there is some aspect that makes me think "zesty."
BODY: light maize color; medium-light bodied.
TASTE: medium+ to high acidity; strong mineral; a bit lemony. Although this is very nice, I'm glad I bought just one tester bottle because this is not obviously better than the entry-level Saumur blanc, which costs about 25% less. Gut impression score: 88 - 90.
