Saturday, February 7, 2015 - Chevalier Wine Tasting (Chicago, IL): Nothing like the last bottle from the same case that I opened a few months ago. This bottle was all earthy and very advanced. Still showing very Vosne-like brown spice, but nowhere near what this bottle should be at this point in its evolution.
