Saturday, July 27, 2013 - Wow. The nose on this reminds me of Sauternes with crushed stone sprinkled on top. Some floral scents too maybe. This tastes delicious. I need to drink more Riesling! Between this and Donnhoff, I feel like I have found my next area of focus. This has some fantastic acidity. A drop off on the back end that makes you want to drink more and more to keep the flavors in your mouth.
