Friday, August 19, 2022 - Good night! Made a cold NY strip sandwich with sriracha mayo sauce on Dave’s bread. Went to the ‘varietal’ menu in CellarTracker, looking for malbec, and found this out of 500 other bottles. I have been to Lujàn de Cuyo. Not Uco Vly. But solid.
Deep ruby color, black berry nose, complex flavors of dark fruit, herbs, and eucalyptus. Lingering aftertaste you don’t want quit.
