Thursday, April 25, 2024 - Dominated by brine and olives, just a touch of meatiness, no blue fruits that I could detect. Gained balance over several nights, as it was too acidic on first opening. I find this bottling to lack the complexity and depth of the Halcon estate bottling, but was interesting enough on 2nd and 3rd nights.
