Saturday, January 30, 2021 - Lots of ripe red fruit on the nose and palate, with a focused and somewhat tannic finish. There are some subtle savory / mineral undertones, but it’s perhaps a bit fruit-dominated at the moment. Delicious for sure, but might be more interesting in a year or so.
