Thursday, April 1, 2021 - Popped and chilled an hour before service. In the glass, clear pale copper with medium-coarse bubbles. On the nose, lemons and peach. On the palate, full bodied, with orange peel, bread, more lemons, and intimations of stone fruit, maybe plums? With spring lamb and fresh green veg, excellent.
