Sunday, May 8, 2022 - Effervescent mousse that quickly settles down to a range of pinpoint bubbles. Nose is reticent with vanilla, toast?, hints of berry, melon, flowers. Palate is balanced and flavorful, medium weight. Better still after an hour. Classy.
