Tuesday, July 15, 2014 - See notes from pahlmeyer petit Verdot for rest of wines tasted last night at Mosaic, one of Long Islands best fine restaurants. The proprietary red had a day to breathe, and could have had another day to be fully open for business. Finesse, integrated tannins, complex, but years away from fully developed. My favorite of the night.
