Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Lovely primary red fruits on the nose, lots of cherry and a little raspberry, with a little oak in the background. Palate has those cherries, strawberries and raspberries, with good acidity, tannins are smooth and mellow, with a red fruit finish. A great value pinot at £15.99 @majesticwine wonderful wine bought some a few years back and drinking superbly, will have to buy the latest vintage and keep. Love James's wines, I see he also gets 3 stars in Hugh Johnson's Pocket Wine Book, so he must be doing something right. All his wines are terrific and well worth seeking out to find to #giveanewwineago 87 points
