Friday, May 8, 2020 - WOW!! Drank this with ribs. This was one of the best Syrah's I have ever drank, and I have drank a lot of Syrah. Concentrated Dark fruit and licorice flavors with some earthy overtones. Balanced and elegant. Lingering finish. I just love it when wine evolves to this level of elegance and seamless integration and concentration of flavors. If you still have these you are in for a treat.

5/8/2020 4:13:00 PM - I'm impressed that you kept this so long, my oldest Carlisle Syrah's are probably 2014/15. Mike does make some terrific syrah's at reasonable costs, enjoyed your note.
