Thursday, March 18, 2010 - A big wine that is ready to drink now. There is an earthy and musky nature to the nose to be sure. Additionally, there is heat. Also on the palate. A bit too much for me, personally. However, for many, this is exactly what they will want, like '06 Willamette or California Pinots (for the most part). Definitely has the cherry and juiciness that makes Pinot. All in all, not my style, but still a good bottle of wine.
