Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Medium lemon colour. Medium (+) and developing nose with ripe green apples, ripe peach, ripe lemon, mango, white flowers, wet stone and petroleum. Medium taste of ripe green apples, ripe peach, mango, ripe lemon, honeysuckle and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Riesling GG that has matured well. Needed an hour of air to integrate. Drink now or over the next three years. Goes well with fish, shellfish, sushi and spicy.
