Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Oh, it's ripe. Today, this is a dessert wine. There's balancing acidity and plenty of interesting flavors, it's not ponderous to drink and a very pleasant wine but it's sweet. I do like it and I think the sweetness might be good with spicy food. We'll see, maybe.
