Saturday, November 13, 2021 - Tasted blind. Light garnet color. Expressive, fragrant nose jumping from the glass with lots of whole cluster, sweet spices and raspberry. Very much in the best style of a NZ Pinot Noir like Felton Raod. Fresh and crunchy on the palate with 12.5% Alc. A wonderful wine. After it was revealed as a Bobal / Moravia Agria blend from Spain I was quite stunned. This wine is a great example of the trend back from heavy wines and off-the-mill French blends when there are interesting local varietals to play with.
