Friday, January 2, 2015 - My last of three, and still showing well, though it is certainly time to drink up. Light-medium bodied, the perfumes take their time to unfold - the palate/flavors, too, take their time. Audozed 4 hours, re-corked and served 4 hours later, this continued to develop in the glass gaining some complexity and depth as it did. Never quite got to medium-bodied, which was fine as this was paired with salads and light appetizers. 13,0% abv, drink now.
Served non-blind; bought on release. Drink now and for the next few years.
