Wednesday, April 7, 2021 - My favourite of the three-pack from Casemates. Less obvious alcohol than the others. Dark fruit, nice texture and weight. Good acid balance. Not anywhere near grippy or harsh, just a nice mid-weight dark-fruited Zin. Didn't have as much complexity as I'd hoped for mountain fruit, though.
