Saturday, December 1, 2018 - Fabulous, rich, dry Sherry that showed a real depth of toasted nuts, dry honey, subtle spice and a hint of orange zest. I served it with French Onion Soup, and there were fireworks. The food and wine made for a match that enhanced both. Wonderful Sherry, that is also a great value.
