Wednesday, November 9, 2022 - Lots of Riesling character on the nose; fresh lime, clementine, and citrus blossom. Bright high acidity on the palate, though with a nice smooth/round mouthfeel. A bit warmer in flavors than suggested by the nose- key lime pie, mandarins, whipped cream, a touch of residual sweetness. The finish is medium in length with an emphasis on citrus flavors. Very surprising that the label says 13.5% ABV- I never would have expected it to be this high, and it hides it well!
