Sunday, November 8, 2020 - Campher yellow. Effervescence is decent. The wine smells of cream, apple pie, yeast, and some toast. The palate has high acidity. Some malt, stonefruit, apple core, baked apples, and crisp fruit. With added air and temperature, the wine is perceived as a bit too lush and rich. Almost overwhelming
