Thursday, May 5, 2022 - Looking for more on the nose and on the palate. Surprisingly restrained for Walker Vine Hill Syrah. Little of interest at first, this did improve over time. This is the kind of wine--food friendly, finesse above all else--that has some somms turning somersaults. If you have it hold it.
