Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Appearance - Dark garnet color, reflective, clear at edge, good body/legs - 3/3
Aroma/Bouquet - Blueberry, blackberry, black plum, oak/vanilla, light heat/alcohol, some mineral notes - 5/5
Taste - Black and blue fruit, light tannins, light alcohol, oaky/vanilla, some spice, some mineral/earthy components - 5.5/6
Aftertaste - Long finish, black fruit continues, tannins fade very nice - 3/3
Overall - This is a good complex fruit/oak/tannin component wine - 2/2
