Wednesday, January 25, 2023 - Pale lemon in colour with slightly restrained floral & citrus aromas.
On the palate, medium bodied citrus, lime/lemon, floral/blossoms, hint of green apple, medium acidity with a long finish of slightly spicy, saline, crushed gravel.
This wine is fresh, crisp, simple & lovely: a classic Chablis.
