Thursday, December 8, 2022 - Two hour decant. Bright, deep, rosy color. Blueberry, mulberry, stewed strawberry shortcake, black pepper, saffron, and salami on the unctuous nose. Smooth, dry, spicy, full bodied palate. Firm, medium intensity tannins on the long finish.

This was my first ever No Girls wine. It is clearly very well made, but was more savory than I expected. Looking forward to trying the Tempranillo and Syrah in the next few months.
