Friday, August 26, 2022 - To the nose, a mix of honey, peach and pear plus allspice. On the palate, relatively more spice, with very slight wood or oak (no vanilla). Peach remains with no honey taste but adding pear, apple, melon and slight pineapple. Mouthfeel is more than expected with gewurz; length is med - slightly drier than typical gewurz. Not as lively as recall from previous vintages but still some months left on this one. Paired well with Thai.
