Friday, April 9, 2021 - To the nose, less spice than I recall from previous vintages and now balanced with fruit. Nutmeg more than clove and cinnamon. For fruit, mix of apple types and increasing as it warms. On the palate, spice (same) balanced with fruit (red apple, honey, slight pear, very slight papaya). Seemed tame compared to recall of prior vintages but paired very well with Thai food.
