Sunday, July 9, 2023 - Nose of gentle berries and soft florals, and a bit of damp earth. Chocolate surface with time. The nose here is very soft in the fruit department but stays quite aromatic.

Flavors of dark red and soft black fruits, gentle earth, dry minerals and dried prickly oak. Gentle on the palate. Gains a bit of heat with time unfortunately but still good.
