Monday, July 17, 2023 - Very pale straw swirling in the glass, nose is poached pear, white peach, and white florals. The palate, the same but heavier on the peach with a honeyed sweetness crossing the middle, tangerines, wet stones, light on acidic zing yet holds a strong finish down the back; smooth and fruit focused. All in all a solid pairing with a spicy chx Tikka that I just destroyed and sipping away on the wine far after. Liking the value. Has years to run.
