Friday, March 5, 2021 - Fantastic upon opening — great mix of dark red fruit and subtle spice, but the notable feature relative to other Cristom bottlings is the tension and slight dryness, like a bit of salinity. Balanced and mouthwatering.
Less harmonious on night 2, suggests early drinking to me.
