Wednesday, April 27, 2022 - Fruit forward, especially when drank side by side with a Verdicchio di Matelica. Yellow peaches, melons, lemon peel, pineapple. I had this a year ago and the pineapple flavor is certainly new. More mineral/bread flavors toward the finish but overall still primary. Medium + body, good acid and good viscosity. A very textural wine.
