Thursday, September 8, 2022 - This is drinking beautifully...less primary than the last bottle I had ~9 months ago, but the red fruit still present early on...makes me think it's still early-ish for this one.

Soft feel and better balance than last time. I enjoy acidity and this has just enough. A crowd pleaser, coming together already. 90 mins of air beforehand.
