Monday, October 9, 2017 - While past bottles have been a touch over the top, this one was right in the zone. Very much mature, the aromas are of brown butter and caramel more than anything else. There's still some citrus acidity on the palate but predominantly this just comes off as glorious and delicious mature white Burgundy.
