Thursday, October 21, 2021 - C: dark, less clear than some, not muddy just dark
S: rich and fruity, dense, strong, deep, black cherry, hint of pepper
T: good fruit balanced by tannic bite and wood on finish, black cherry/raspberry, maybe even green pepper. Fruit is never just fruit, always balanced by oak heaviness.
