Monday, October 9, 2023 - Nice yellow gold - salted Brazil nut oil and grapefruit peel along with acetone - salinity and crisp acids ornament this concentrated well made wine. A real gem and glad to have a few - will seek more of this fino sherry concentrate more akin to a vin jaune than a cotes du jura.
