Sunday, August 22, 2021 - What a great expression of Syrah. Perfect mix of funk and fruit. Really hard to stop drinking. My first time having this and opened a bottle early to see what I had. Was not expecting it to be this wide open and giving so much pleasure. Will these shut down or do they typically always drink this well?

    8/22/2021 11:08:00 AM - I have seen them need a good 6 more months for the alcohol to settle, the fruit to chill out and it not taste like a barrel sample. So, some time to come together really helps and IMO it’s not built like the kind of wines that are well known to shut down
