Sunday, October 1, 2023 - Inspired to open by some recent Vivino posts. Gave it two hours of air. This wine gives off a floral nose. Pours a lighter hue for a Cali pinot noir. Taste is delicate, lots of acid, not powerful tannin wise. Finishes nicely. Very much drinkable. Burgundian.
