Tuesday, April 13, 2021 - Forest floor, wet leaves, cedar, oak, truffles, some black fruit. Mostly secondary and tertiary aromas and flavors. You can tell that its aged however there is still plenty of life yet. Opened two hours before drinking and sipped it for another two.
