Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Our first BdN experience, and it was very unique. The nose is closed and required much coaxing. Fruit forward with white berries, cake bread, apples. The palate was more rewarding. Stringent and tight, it evolved with time revealing sweet nuts, a bit of apricot jam, and a strange salinity on the finish. Good experience overall for an interesting apéro.
