Saturday, September 17, 2022 - Modern Australian Chardonnay Tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Pretty citrus fruit, a little orange, mandarin, lemon, a touch of sherbet and the merest whisper of bacon fat. Nice nose. juicy and the palate is a reflection of the nose, textured burr tugs at the mid and back palate. Medium plus length finishes with non-intrusive alcohol warmth. Nice.
