Thursday, August 18, 2022 - Chose this to pair with raclette, which turned out perfectly. Loved the oxidative and sherry-like profile. I didn't find it as "sharp and chiseled" as WA suggested; instead, it seemed rich, round, and complex. Super wine that hit its stride within 45 minutes of opening. Do keep it a bit chilled, as it dulled with warmth.
