Monday, November 21, 2011 - Amber with a mature nose offering evident botrytis character(honey, pollen, mushrooms) together with orange zest, grapefruit and apricot. Some old oak used that is well blended in. Rich and sweet with lively acidity that balances sugars and relative warm alcohol. Has depth and concentration.
