Tuesday, April 26, 2022 - The nose was the entire farm - dirt, mud, grass, breeze, peppers, and a bunch of red fruits. Pretty typical PN nose. The palate was where the action is at. Pure cool-climate feel, but with robust power. The clear balance of really above average acidity/fruit. It’s full bodied, quite shocking for a PN, and solid finish. Any thoughts on their single vineyard?
