Friday, March 15, 2024 - Deep ruby colour. Medium (+) and developing nose with blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco, leather and green bell pepper. Medium taste of blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco, stems, leather and green bell pepper. Long and dry finish. High acidity. High tannins. Full body. An outstanding Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that needs time. Drink in ten to twenty years. Goes well with beef or lamb.
