Saturday, November 29, 2008 - My golly--just glanced to see that I shared the same wine last Nov. Well, here it was, two nights after Thanksgiving and the rib roast on tap: wine opened with subtle blueberry, vanilla and cassis--good structure and decent acidity. One can drink now or over 4 more years--I wouldn't wait beyond. Very easy to quaff prior to and with dinner.
