Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Sangiovese Study at Planque (Planque London UK): Balsamic vinegar and young fresh green compost on the nose that is all intertwined with chocolate and wet minerally soils. Spicy cherries drive a fairly powerful core of fruit that is surrounded by bright, textured tannins and ample spicy acidity. So so delicious!
